Within 24 hours of successful payment. We'll place your sponsored pin at your business address and send you a confirmation email with a link to view it on the map.
Can I pick exactly where my pin goes? ▼
Yes — we use the address you provide to place the pin. If you want it at a very specific spot (like the back entrance of a large site), just include detailed instructions in the Notes field and we'll adjust it manually.
What is the quarterly billing option? ▼
Pay for 3 months upfront and get 4 months of coverage. That's 25% off — one full month free. For example, the Basic plan is normally $29/mo × 4 = $116 for 4 months; quarterly pricing gets you 4 months for just $87.
Can I upgrade my tier later? ▼
Yes. Email us after your current plan ends and we'll set up a new sponsorship at the higher tier. Upgrading before your current term ends isn't supported yet.
Is there a contract or auto-renewal? ▼
No contracts, no auto-renewal. Every sponsorship is a one-time payment covering a fixed period (1 month or 4 months). Want to renew? Just purchase again when your term ends.
